Is it possible to do any change in PO's availble in SAP done based a PR in SAP ?

Is it possible to do ANY CHANGES IN PO's availble in SAP done based a PR in SAP ? If a change is necessary it MUST be done by ONLY by the user on ARIBA PR or can be done ALSO  by the Buyer on ARIBA PR ?

Yes, you can issue PO or PR change. Please see the user guide" End-User -ECAT" last section. You can update your PR even if PO is already created. It will relaunch the approval flow. You can change the PO in Ariba as user and as buyer.
